Schwind 1930's Case Tractors

The two Case RCs were discovered one mile from the family farm, where John Schwind still resides.

The restored Ls each have two- and three- bottom 14-inch Case plows. Eight plows were purchased to make two three- bottom plows and three two- bottom plows.

And that 1938 Case model R came all the way from Thurmont, Maryland.

The 1938 R came from Maine.

Many unstyled R-Series tractors were painted Flaymbeau to do a "paint-brush" date. The Schwinds chose to paint their '39 R, L, C Gray, to minimize the difference one year made.

One of are 1938 Case was discovered sitting near a snowmobile trail, just a quarter mile from our home on the Kramer farm.

Of course, a second 1930 L was found to make a pair for the twins to restore.

We got two new tractors that we are unavailing at the first tractor show. They are different but the same. They are a little newer than what the others are but they still are Case Tractors.
